A Petition to the Basenji Club of America Board

In the interest of creating consistency in the process for inclusion of Basenji Imports in the AKC studbook, the BCOA board should be limited in its voting role to just reviewing the administrative process, ensuring applications are complete and accurate, moving all such applications to a vote of the membership, which could include an opinion of the Board to accept or deny.
