We, the residents of Country Club Park, Lutherville, MD 21093 demand that the staircase to the dirt path and adjacent pedestrian rail crossing at the Ridgely Road Light Rail Station be removed. We also want to insure that direct access to our community be eliminated by other means (yet to be determined). The security concerns of our community requires us to present this petition.
