Mr. Sabia, you are making enough to put aside for health issues you may have in the future, but shame on you for making sure that the little people will not be able to afford food yet alone be able to afford a dentist.. You are so smart Mr Sabia, we will not be eating so who need a dentist.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Mar 26, 2007Comments: I am a third generation Bell employee, partly because my father and my grandfather always spoke so highly of Bell and they were so proud to work for this great Canadian Company. They would be mortified today to see what Ma Bell is about to do to their dedicated employees who have made the company what it is today. Bell has always claimed that their employees are their greatest asset. Nice way to treat family...thanks for the last 30 years!Flag

Name: Anonymous on Mar 26, 2007Comments: This is a nice kick in the face!! Bell used to be a good place to work, I can't say that now. They have frozen our wages, doubled the work load by letting employees go and now this...dare I ask what's next I as an employee am ashamed to tell people I work for this company because if I do, I will hear stories of India employees and the shameful service customers receive; it truly is a shame. My perception, Bell will do anything to save money. You are selling Bell at any price; $2 USD a person per hour, we are a Canadian company, not INDIA! Lastly, you pay for what you get, it is an old saying but very true!Flag

Name: Theresa Czich on Mar 26, 2007Comments: Please read Article 36, which clearly indicates that the Company and the Association must be in agreement in order to make any changes to our Benefits. If this has happened the employees are not being represented by the CTEA and all union dues should stop. This is a disgrace and total distrust for the Company and the CTEA with it's employees.Flag

You want to cut corners and save money, how about you start taking a pay cut and freeze your wages better still let's screw up your retirement ! Start chopping at the top where the company is management "HEAVY". Stop picking on the dedicated employee who has worked loyaly for this company and continues to do so. How can we be "TRUE BLUE" to the company when the company is not true to it's employees As for the CTEA.......Article 36....oh wait the company is looking NOT to deal with a union, benefits,CANADIAN workers...silly me.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Mar 26, 2007Comments: The overall spirit at BELL is pride in service; this is getting harder to deliver everyday. It is not right. A breakup of a monopoly is one thing - and bound to be painful - but there is something far deeper at stake and that is an essential Canadian spirit - the spirit of service, discipline, cooperation, integrity and independence.Flag

Name: Hilda Weber on Mar 26, 2007Comments: This is a nice kick in the teeth!! I used to be proud to say I work for Bell but now I shudder when people ask me where I work. I usually say "a communication company". That in itself is also a laughing matter. We couldn't communicate if our lives depended on it. The right hand doesn't know what the left had is doing. The bean counters just know they have to cut costs and we at the bottom get screwed again. You want to cut costs-why not look at the money we are wasting in how we do things (or not doing things) in the company. Loyalty means nothing to the company-they have frozen our wages, doubled the work load by letting employees go then bringing back retired employees on contract (who by the way get their benefits) and now this...dare I ask what's next Customer service is a joke. My perception, Bell will do anything to save money. What's next....I shudder at the thought!!!Flag
