Bicyclists should takes test to get an actual photo license and license plate to be allowed to ride on the streets like "vehicles". Bicyclists cause way too many accidents swerving all over the road, can't even stay in their "special" lanes put down for them, cutting in front of automobiles, don't do any hand signals when trying to make turns/stop, and end up using everyone else's hard earned tax money for all their special treatment. If they want to be "vehicles" and bike in the streets, then they can pay to have their bicycles registered, takes tests for licenses and license places, and that money can go towards paying for all their special treatment that they always whine about wanting but never want to follow any rules and laws.
