Hello My name is Bugarski Sava
I was working in Libya,employee of Libyan National Oil Company (NOC), company Rasco, township Ras Lanuf, as senior electric engineer, from august 2001 on private contract with named company.
I was there resident for last five years, and employee of named company.
On 2nd February 2006, I was accidented by a fork lift driver. This accident happened on working site, during working hours (around 12'o clock am).My right lower limb was smashed. I was transported in hospital of Sirth, then in Hospital of Trauma Center Tripoli, then in Private Clinic Tripoli. All tree clinics couldn't assemble a broken leg. As it was worse and worse, my partner from UK called a Belgrade Red Cross company for emergency's and I was transported on my spending to a clinic in Belgrade, after 3 days, with a very danger infection. I suffered and high level amputation of my right lower limb, and a month of fighting for my life after that hard infection.
As I was not insured in my country, I was supposed to pay all medical intervention and care.In the meantime my company, which constantly refused to communicate, fired me on august 2006, without any help. Also insurance which I paid for 5 years don't make a move.
As I waited some time, I engaged a Libyan lawyer, to sue them. All is going to be forgotten, as nothing happen.
I would be pleased if people who read this, has such a filling of righteousness to help me signing this petition for claiming Justice. As I'm hanging only on one leg, this is my last attempt to achieve at least understanding.
Maybe this petition will brake dumbness and deafness of concerned people.
