    Comments: If these elections are going to be a genuine representation of Libya's transition from dictatorship to democracy (and after the actions of rebel forces recently, it is likely that many will be suspicious), then it is only right and just that the elections are carried out according to the principles of the constitution, and that Libyans who have left or been forced to leave due to Gadaffi's despotic tyranny should be granted a vote. Having followed the events of the Arab Spring keenly, I hope that the attempts to bring democracy and civil rights to Libya prove successful!
