Formed in 1997 by Pete Doherty, Carl Barat, John Hassall and Gary Powell,The Libs are famous for their classy indie-rock tunes paired with witty, honest lyrics. The love/hate relationship between the two front men (Doherty and Barat) has been the center of musical attention for years and has helped produce some of their greatest hits. Unfortunately, they dispersed earlier in the year, but have recently announced that the will be reforming.
