Dear Mr. Greg "Ghostcrwaler" Street and the Blizzard development team. Thank you for many years of a great game. The years have brought many changes some good some bad. For the most part we the players and payers of this game have taken everything in stride and carried on. But then came MoP and its LFR loot system. Simply and very plainly stated the loot system is broken and is not rewarding players who have invested time and energy into it. It simply is not working and its unfair and unbalanced. Your lack of understanding has left a great many of us frustrated and aggravated. Some LFR's are taking upwards of 3 hours to complete and reward those with a unwanted and downright insulting bag of gold. Your stated means to fix the problem in the upcoming patch sounds too little to late. More bubble gum and tape to patch up the problem instead of repairing the problem proper. We the dedicated players ask, nay demand you listen to us and fix it to our stratification. Thank you for your time!
