Name: Paul Hothersaul on Nov 21, 2006Comments: Not before time! With the closure of the grind and more recently the closure of bones in bolton locally there is nothing to skate. Handing out fines and treating skating as anti social behaviour is not the answer, punishing people for pursuing a sport they love doesnt make any sense at all!!!Flag
