We, the home-owners and residents of the Lexington Village Townhome Community, are demanding a revision of the parking rules and regulations in our complex. The current regulations are too restrictive and place an unwarranted burden on home-owners and their guests. We request that the following changes be enacted: 1. The current 14-day over night "guest pass" restriction be revoked. 2. In the future, before any other parking regulations can be instated, at least 65% of the residents must agree to the new rules, and signatures for that 65% must be obtained as verification that the majority of the community has agreed to the regulations.
