Name: Dr. Magid Mina on Jan 19, 2013Comments: It is unimaginable and unlogical to reward a failing South London Trust by closing other very successful Trust's emergency and maternity services. The clinical risks to the local residents at Lewisham if closure happens will be enormous and put lives at great danger. Please consider that saving Lewisham patients' lives must come first before bailing out other failing trusts. What is the nature of your work?: DoctorFlag

Name: Linda Muckle on Jan 19, 2013Comments: Matthew Kershaw stated that despite over 8,000 responses to the consultation no alternative was recommended. He fails to mention that there was nowhere within the consultation that asked for alternatives, and that the consultation questions were designed to be deliberately difficult to understand and skewed to get the answers they wanted rather than what people actually wanted to say. In actual fact Lewisham Healthcare Trust had already suggested an alternative solution which made complete sense and which Matthew Kershaw obviously chose to ignore (as he had to justify his £4M, oh no make that £5 costs)What is the nature of your work?: Admin or ClericalFlag

Name: Sarah Buck on Jan 19, 2013Comments: Lewisham Maternity services have worked so hard to provide the local people with a high standard of care and choice. The closure of our unit will put women and their babies at risk. I feel Lewishams families are being punished for another trusts inability to look after their finances! The people of Lewisham deserve better than this. What is the nature of your work?: MidwifeFlag

Imagine the residents of catford have to take two buses to get to woolwich. lives will inevitably be lost. So please let common sense prevail and keep a fully functioning emergency department for the people of lewishamWhat is the nature of your work?: NurseFlag

Name: S.R. Kottegoda on Jan 19, 2013Comments: Dear Health Minister I am extremely concerned that this government is seriously planning on going ahead with a TSA report that is flawed, misleading and contains incorrect data, and in some areas simply untrue, frankly I have not seen such a Goebbelsian document in awhile. This report has chosen a path which is not in the interest of the people of Lewisham and its suburbs, ignored the concerns of frontline clincial service providers, both within hospital and the CCG's as well as the public of Lewisham. This is a report which has yet to have Health & Equality Impact Assessment !!. I sincerely hope that you listen and read the concerns raised above and doubt the validity of this flawed report which has already cost the taxpayer a significant amount of money. If this plan is carried forward it would be a travesty, a stain on your title as health minister and betrayal of the NHS. .What is the nature of your work?: DoctorFlag

Name: Mary Lee on Jan 20, 2013Comments: The TSA proposals will impact significantly on the safety and wellbeing of Lewishams children by restricting their timely access to healthcare provision. Ofsted / CQC awarded a judgement of outstanding to healthcare provision in Lewisham in terms of safeguarding children. The TSA's proposals will impact negatively on this healthcare provision and fail to take account of the needs of children in an inner London boroughWhat is the nature of your work?: NurseFlag
