Name: Anonymous on Mar 18, 2007Name (First Last): Stacey BrideauComments: I don't think its up to the Government to tell us as parents if our children are able or not able to ride ATV's I don't think they would like to be told how to raise their children, this is what they are doing to us. What will be next How to dress or feed them too I bet they would not be pushing this issue if they had kids and lived in the country where they have FREEDOM to ride. Quote " I believe the NB government should work with representatives of the off-road community to develop legislation that improves the safety of off-road vehicle operation by young riders, without taking away their freedom to ride." I totally agree with this! Do Not Take Their Freedom Away!!Flag

Is the goverment going to drop the sales tax on these machines Who is going to subsidise the ATV stores for the lost revenue that this bill is going to causeFlag

Let's see the statistics that this bill is based on. The whole thing is based on asumptions and that is not good enough.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Mar 19, 2007Name (First Last): Don McLeanComments: I think it is outrageous that the NB government would consider stepping in to this in this manner, It is my belief the the goverment should be providing information on how people could be raising their children safer, not enforcing legislation on them to do as the government wants. It is a sad state of affairs when the common law abiding person must continually take one in the wallet because the government has ANOTHER great idea. This is another example of why people are leaving this great province and not coming back; Taxes up Freedoms down.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Mar 19, 2007Name (First Last): Wayne SmetComments: I beleive in education and age appropriate machines for our children. I don't want to see anymore children hurt or killed in our province, but banning ATV;s won't fix the problem. It will only hurt the sport, not only families riding together, but the business side as well.Flag
