My kids were kids and his friends were playing football right outside my house on PUBLIC property. One of the neighbor's came out and starting screaming at them because they were ripping up the grass, they have played there since a year and they haven't had a problem yet, why now do they have a problem? So now NO ONE is allowed to play there. They never want to talk about it to my face, only yelling at the kids.
