DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
FROM THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one person/people to
dissolve the political band(s) which have connected them with another, and to assume among the
powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of the nature’s
of their creator entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should
declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created equal, that they are
endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, which among these are Life, Liberty
and the pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights, Governments are instituted among the
people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; That whenever any form of
Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish
it, and to institute new a Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its
powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light
and impermanent causes; and accordingly all experience has shown that mankind is more
disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to
which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and theft of the governs power or
property (by/or threat of) force, pursuing invariably the same object indicate a design to reduce
them under the exercise of absolute power, especially in a cruel and/or oppressive way, it is their

right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new guards for their future
security; Such has been the patient sufferance of this/these member(s) of the governed; and such
is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The
history of the present United States of America is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations
through the United States of America’s political leaders and Bar Association members, all
having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these governed.
To prove this, let these facts be submitted to a candid world:
1. The United States of America, through their courts refuse to ascend to laws, the most
wholesome and necessary for the public good.
2. The United States of America, through their courts have obstructed the administration of
justice, by refusing to ascend to laws for established judiciary powers, and enforce such
powers.
3. The United States of America, through their courts have refused to enforce the
compliance of the Bar Association members (Judges/ Attorneys) with said laws.
4. The United States of America, through their courts have granted members of the Bar
Association (Judges) “king” like status by granting these members of the Bar Association
individually sovereign privilege while acting in the scope of their duty to the law, without
regard to whether they are acting in compliance with those laws, and offer the governed
no avenue for legal relief as their life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness are stolen from
them through the direct actions of these Bar Association members, by and through their
corrupt racketeering scheme against the governed. Therefore, there is no law; there is just

judicial discretion in the United States of America. Furthermore, this is a violation of the
U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 9, Clause 8.
• In these United States of America there are no “kings”, we are a democracy of
peoples, where the government is established by the people, and for the people.
• In these United States of America, we are a land of laws, not corrupt racketeering
schemes brought forth against the governed through judicial discretion.
5. The United States of America, through their courts have refused to comply with U.S.
Constitutional law which grant the members of the governed unalienable rights, which
they themselves through their corrupt court actions are in fact alienating a broad class of
the governed from those unalienable rights.
6. The United States of America, has granted State(s) sovereign authority over the governed
as long as the State(s) adopt the U.S. Constitution, and failed to implement legal
safeguards allowing the governed to legally address failures of the State(s) to uphold that
responsibility.
7. The United States of America, through their courts have granted State entities
personhood rights; and allowed the State(s) to corrupt the legal system in State interests
by writing laws in their favor, bring forth legal action in their own name, in their own
jurisdiction, to usurp the governs justice system.
8. The United States of America, through their courts issue punishments of threat of
incarceration in inhumane, unsanitary conditions, unless those members of the governed
will relinquish their unalienable rights and pay financial sanctions to agencies of the
government and/or their subordinates, rights inestimable to the governed and actions
formidable to tyrants only.

9. The United States of America, through their courts deny the governs U.S. Constitutional
right to file “In Forma Pauperis”, based on the gross income of members of the governed
that are being financially sanctioned into net income poverty through the direct/indirect
actions of the courts.
10. The United States of America, through their courts have dismissed repeatedly legal
filings, for opposing with firmness these State and Bar Associations members’
invasion(s) on the unalienable rights and the crimes being committed against the
governed.
11. The United States of America, through their courts have refused to present to the Grand
Jury “Bills of Indictment” payable to the Grand Jury, in the aforementioned matters,
obstructing the administration of justice, by refusing to ascend to laws for established
judiciary powers, and allow for the enforcement of such powers through the Grand Jury.
12. The State representatives and Senators alike have declared that these actions are outside
of their jurisdiction.
13. The U.S. Attorney General has failed to respond to an “OFFICIAL NOTICE TO THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” of these
lengthy acts of tyranny brought against the myself and the governed by and through these
corrupt court practices.
• This notice officially notified the United States of America of this impending
action for failure of the United States of America to ascend to the 2nd highest legal
document in the United States of America the U.S. Constitution.
• This notice officially notified the United States of America that failure to uphold
their fiduciary responsibility of trust in these matters would void the Treaty

contracts established between the United States of America and the Indigenous
peoples, through this action.

My repeated legal filings have been answered only by repeated injury. A governing body, whose
character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free
people.”

It is further noted that the United States of America has committed the following offenses to the
national community, which further supports acts which may define a Tyrant, unfit to be the ruler
of a free people:
1. The United States of America, through their courts have established bureaucratic legal
boundaries separating the governed from their inalienable rights, these rights are only
truly afforded to those that can financially secure legal representation from the courts
fellow Bar Association members. This single action turns the governs rights into nothing
more than shabby commodities.
2. The United States of America, through their courts have granted business entities
personhood rights, and allowed them to corrupt our democratic political officials through
the use of lobbyists to usurp the governs democratic process.

• This establishes taxation without representation, and was a fundamental basis for
the American Revolution.
3. The United States of America, through their courts have established legal procedures and
called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the
governed, for the sole purpose of fatiguing the governed into compliance with its
measures.
4. The United States of America, has excited domestic violent uprising amongst us through
failures of the Bar Association members to hold “Law Enforcement Officers”
accountable for their illegal action(s), and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of
our governed who exercise their unalienable right to protest, law enforcement officers
whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished acts of violence of all ages, which
include excessive violence and murder, and are protected through a lack of
accountability.
5. The United States of America has erected a multitude of offices, and sent hither swarms
of officers to harass the governed, and eat out their substance of their being.
6. The United States of America has combined with the Bar Association and State(s) to
subject the governed to a jurisdiction foreign to our U.S. Constitution; giving their
approval to these acts of pretended legislation:
• For quartering large bodies of armed officers among us:
• For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for acts of violence and/or
murder(s) which they commit against the governed:
• For depriving the governed in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury:
• For holding trial for pretended offences

• For abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of
our government:
• For the State(s) suspending our own litigations and declaring themselves invested
with power to litigate for the governed in cases where they make financial gains.
7. The United States of America, has through their agencies violated the governs U.S.
Constitutional rights, without any accountability, and pursued legal action against those
that have exposed said U.S. Constitutional violations by said agencies.
8. The United States of America, through their political representatives have called together
legislative bodies in places veiled from the governed, for the sole purpose maintaining a
lack of accountability for those political representatives actions.
9. The United States of America has endeavored to invade foreign lands, and has brought
unwanted violence upon our domestic community through direct/indirect acts of violence
and/or murder.
10. The United States of America has excited international violence against us through the
training and arming of radicalized foreign agents in efforts to usurp foreign political
powers, only to have those same foreign agents attack our members of the governed.
11. The United States of America has affected to render the military independent of and
superior to civil power.
12. The United States of America has partnered with the private banking institution the
“Federal Reserve” to secure the U.S. Dollar which is not valued on any tangible item of
exchange, instead it is based on how much in debt entities of interest are too said U.S.
Dollar, which promotes all of the United States of America’s subordinate entities to

indebt/enslave the governed to said U.S. Dollar system to falsely increase this subjective
value of this valuation.
It is further noted that the United States of America has committed the following offenses to the
international community abroad, which further supports acts which may define a Tyrant, unfit to
be the ruler of a free people:
1. The United States of America has endeavored to invade foreign lands, and has brought
unwanted violence upon the international community.
2. The United States government has excited international violent uprising amongst the
international community, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of their peoples,
the military and mercenaries, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished
destruction of all ages, through armed violence, and a lack of accountability through the
international courts, and totally unworthy of the title as Head of a civilized nation.
• The lack of accountability is due to the United States of American deeming itself
warranting of being part of the international community, yet far too superior as to
comply with the rule of the international courts.
3. The United States of America has interfered in international Governments, by waging
War against them through financial sanctions and/or military action, with the purpose of
seeking financial gains through war profiteering for their political leaders.
4. The United States of America has kept among the international community, in times of
peace standing armies.

I am not wanting in attentions of the United States of America’s government. They have been
warned from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction
over the governed. They have been reminded of the circumstances of the indigenous people’s
dual citizenship status as being foreign/ domestic citizens through the American Indian
Citizenship Act, that they have a fiduciary responsibility of trust to those indigenous peoples
through those legally binding treaty contracts established between the United States of America
and the Indigenous peoples of these lands for those same ceded lands, to which they have failed
to uphold that fiduciary responsibility of trust, and have voided said contracts. The governed
have appealed to their native justice system and been generous and forgiving of insult and injury,
and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations,
which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf
to the voice of justice. Therefore, reluctantly and in the necessity, I must declare my separation,
and hold it as I hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace as Friends.
Therefore, representing myself, and appealing to the International Courts of Justice, The
United Nations Rule of Law Unit, and notifying the President of the United States of America
for the morally correct behavior of my intentions. I do so, in the name of the good people of
these lands, solemnly publish and declare, That I, and of right ought to be free and independent
from the United States of America; that I am absolved from all allegiance to the United States of
America, and that all political connection between I and the United States of America, is and
ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a free and independent person, I have full power to levy
war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things
which independent people have the right to do. And for the support of this declaration, with a

firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, I mutually pledge to defend each of my
people’s lives from further acts of tyranny.
