There has been lots of fan art, fan fictions and fan videos where the cast of Supernatural, Sherlock and Doctor Who come together.

It would be very easy for the BBC to make a Sherlock/Doctor Who cross over episode, and this is a petition for them to actually make one (if we can't have a SuperWhoLock). They even have the same writers!!!
