Back in 1967 through 1972 if you recall, you could hear very few songs on the radio then that was not the Beatles. Well, the ones that you heard that were not, were most likely from American Recording Studio, Memphis, Tennessee. Infact during this time fame this studio was responsible for 122 hit records on the Billboard Hot 100 list. The primary producers were Chips Moman and Tommy Cogbill. The co-owner of the studio with Chips and promoter was Don Crews. Hits were produced and promoted on artists such as Elvis Presley,Neil Diamond, B.J. Thomas, the Box Tops, Merilee Rush, Dusty Springfield, and many, many more during this time. Chips went on later and produced many more hits in Atlanta and Nashville. Please assist in honoring Chips, Tommy and Don by signing this petition for their induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.  Please feel free to "Share" this petition on your Facebooik page.
