This petition is being submitted by Deirdre Ventura in support of a Bed and Breakfast application located at 253 Harbor Road, Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y. formally known as “The Old Rectory”

This petition is being further submitted in support of a code amendment to allow the owner of a bed breakfast to have four rent-able guess rooms and the length stay to be determined between the Innkeeper and the Guest not to exceed 6 months rather than the existing 7 day maximum stay.
