I propose we introduce the use of this petition website, or a similar alternative, when we want to introduce an idea of change to the Eugen staff. This way we will: i)Piss them off less with unending pestering ii)help to guide the game more effectively by weeding out ideas that only have niche support, and strengthening those that receive support from a wider audience iii)give people with good ideas a louder voice so that they aren't drowned out by above said pestering So lets say I have an idea, for example: "increase all tank off road speed by 5kph" I write a post titled ""whateverwhateverwhatever -PETITION: TARGET 200" detailing what I want and why, and include one of these petitions. If the petition reaches its target (at this point I guess the writer of the post can decide this - higher target being harder to achieve but more powerful) - then the OP may change the title of his post to "whateverwhateverwhatever -PETITION FILLED:200 SIGNITURES" These posts would then be more easily visible to Eugen staff and marshals. The search tool can be used by staff or forum members to search for the words "petition target" or "petition filled". This way it will be easy for everyone to see what ideas are getting support and how they can help.
