Julie Bowman wants one of twelve spots at the most prestigious ad school in the country. The only problem is that she’s 45 years old, a woman and has 20+ years in an industry that's famous for liking none of those things.
Show W+K12 that a spot for Julie isn't a spot wasted. Sign your name here if you believe that age is just a number, that great ideas are gender-blind and that every one should have a chance to be the best at something they love.
I really never thought this would gain so much gravity because industry gatekeepers usually just ignore these things. It feels like we are accidentally starting a total landslide and honestly my brain is spinning a bit because the momentum feels so real right now.

GET HER IN. 20 years of experience is a HUGE asset not a liability. people need to stop being so backwards.

industry ageism is a real problem. hiring should be about the best idea not who looks the part. open the spot.
