    Comments: i as a fan of both JR and SR for many years think it would be only right for Jr to have the #8 Besides i would feel bad for anyone trying to drive it , the happy can throwing fans might go can throwing crazy . do something right since the rest was way so wrong . let us know you have a heart . and GIVE JR his number . BESIDEs WE FANS HAVE PUT ENOUGH MONEY INTO MERCHANDISE TO PAY FOR THAT . that number has been in driven by 3 Earnhardt's don't let a non Earnhardt drive it .

    Comments: I think NASCAR should have a spine and intervene on this issue. They should stop and think about the fans and the amount of money they have invested in this number and are not likely to re-invest if the number is changed, which would mean NASCAR seeing their money from marketing going bye-bye
