   Comments: As A person who has struggled down the stairs with a small baby in a buggy many many times, I think it is about time we move into the age of having a lift. It is shameful that the station is so inaccessible for people with disabilities, babies and small children, elderly people or even people with a lot of luggage!

   Comments: Lift is desperately needed!! Not only for all travellers with a disability but this would also aid mothers travelling on their own with a push chair.

    Comments: This would be useful for all passengers. We have just returned from a holiday in South Africa and on arrival at Letchworth station, had to carry very heavy suitcases up the steps.

    Comments: My wife has MS and a lift at Letchworth train station would help a great deal. We live in Letchworth and I don't always want to travel to Hitchin to use the train

    Comments: It is vital that all public transport is made easily accessible for people experiencing illness , disability and impairment or mobility difficulties. As a society we have a duty of care to enable people to live their life as they choose and to go about their business without difficulty.
