"Pursuant to Delaware Code, Title 22, Chapter 3, Section 305, the undersigned owner(s) of record of the real property listed below in Fenwick Island, Delaware hereby protest the Fenwick Island Town Council's proposed change to Town of Fenwick DE Code, Chapter 160, Zoning, Section 160-5C (5), Area Regulations which would decrease the minimum square feet of land required for each motel/hotel sleeping room existing as of October 23, 2015 from 1,000 square feet to 600 square feet."
