Six year old Shay Davies-Kirkham has Autism; he doesn’t understand the dangers of running into the street or talking to strangers. This fence and gate not only protects him from these dangers, but also from a very busy road and bus route. The reason for having a fence and gate put up, is due to a shared pathway between my self and my neighbour. Which means Shay would not have the free play of his own back garden. Due to a very unapproachable, abrupt neighbour who wants the fence and gate removed because she is simply too lazy to open and close two gates, means I cannot get permission to keep them. Please help me fight for the right to keep my child safe. I need people to help me fight. Let us have the fence and gate, to let Shay have the ability to be outside to play. He deserves the right to have fun, as does every other child!
