This petition will ask members of Congress and the President to repeal ObamaCare under the condition that it goes to the people of the United States of America for a vote. However the public votes will decide whether it stays or goes. Had this been done in the first place we wouldn't be facing a government shutdown of any sort. Since it effects the citizens of this nation let the nation decide whether or not it wants ObamaCare.
