Dianne, the owner of the Red Menu Canteen at Bedford has been working there for 9 years. Bedford Road is her home. Just this year, Saskatoon Public School Board changed their food regulations forcing her to change the items on her menu. This severely impacted her sales. At the end of this school year, she will be out of a job. The reason? Because the school board is dictating what us, high school students can and cannot eat. We are old enough to decide for ourselves and the school board should not be allowed to choose what goes in our stomachs.
