We, the undersigned, feel that Marty Flichel was treated unfairly by the management of the Idaho Steelheads. We believe he should be signed to play one last season and then retire him properly. After 9 seasons with the Steelheads, he and his family deserve a better ending. They have given freely of their time, we have watched their girls grow and they are a part of the Steelheads family. By treating them this way, not only does it show no loyalty, it shows no appreciation for hard work. Please honor the wishes of the Steelheads faithful and bring Marty and family back for a final season!
