For the the ashes test matches Billy is allowed to play the trumpet. The only exception is Trent Bridge. Please sign this partition and make the Barmy Army happy and the English team as well. He supports the team by the way of music. I don't understand why Billy can't play his trumpet. As do alot of people agree with this.
