As a proud citizen of the internet, i have signed thousands of petitions and despite my unfailing dedication to the cause i have yet to see the government do ANYTHING ABOUT IT, and when i say the government, i mean "the government" because i lack a basic understanding of different levels of government and their divergent responsibilities.
