I oppose the formation of the Fowler-Newman Subdivision on the Southwest Corner of Government Street and Dexter Avenue, extending to the North side of Church Street, 140's+_ West of Dexter, that would allow the construction of a Family Dollar in the Leinkauf Historic District including traffic flow from the Family Dollar parking lot onto Dexter Avenue.
