   Comments: I support the full restoration of all the rights of the Royal House of Stuart, as enjoyed by King James VII & II, in the person of the present, legitimate Senior Representative, Duke Franz of Bavaria (King Francis II of Scotland, England, France and Ireland). In my opinion, the Declaration of Arbroath, though a document of immense significance in the history of Scotland, is no longer applicable in the present (2007) situation.
