Dear Minister Lemieux We request that the Province of Manitoba show its support for local food production and the personal and community health benefits of gardening by establishing a community garden on the Legislative Grounds. We further ask that inner city youth members of Winnipeg Boys and Girls Club be given the opportunity to participate in the preparation and maintenance of the garden
