Comments: Dear Congressman Lipinski, and Senators Durbin and Obama - Please make sure that organic clothing suppliers and green toymakers are exempt from the rigorous and expensive testing required in CPSIA - PL 110-787. Thank you!

Comments: While understand the need fo rtesting of large companies with overseas manufacturers, we also need to use common sense. Many green friendly American companies will find it much to difficult to keep prices the same while doing such testing. They will end up out of business, especially in this difficult economy. There must be some gray area or middle ground for smaller North American companies.

Comments: In serious economic times like these, it is vitally important that we support small US manufacturers of quality products. These are the companies that employ our friends and neighbors and contribute to our local economies.

Comments: Please work with the Consumer Product Safety Commission to develop a pragmatic approach to the implementation of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. Strengthening our product safety system is an important goal, and one which can be achieved realistically if regulations are addressed in an intelligent and sensitive manner - i.e. find an affordable way for small to mid-sized organic, green clothing and toy makers to comply with the law.
