Marijuana is a natural plant that has many good properties, it cures headaches, fight anorexia and relieves chronic pain. Ancient civilizations used it for it's healing properties as do some United States states. Napa and Solano county are a hub for marijuana and shows no signs of dying down. This petition proposes the decriminalization of the possession of marijuana in Napa and Solano county for persons over 17 years of age for, not only it's medical purposes but it's, recreational, textile related and edible purposes. If this petition succeeds, possession of marijuana will be legal in the cities of -American Canyon -Calistoga -St. Helena -Yountville -Benicia -Dixon -Fairfield -Rio Vista -Suisun CIty -Vacaville and Vallejo
