Marijuania should be legal in all fifty states of the united states, because it has medicinal value. Marijuania, like cigarettes can be and should be regulated, taxed, and pakaged for the average smoker for any purpose they choose. Unlike alcohol, when over consumtion is very dangerous, marijuania is not. Yes sometimes marijuania makes one cough, and when it does, it is a process of cleaning the lungs of dust dirt and v.o.c.s(volital organic compounds) Even one tobacco cigarette changes the brains chemical reaction. I think most people that dont understand marijuania tend to get angry when they picture someone smoking it, and thats what causes conflicts of intrest in our modern social nation. when everyone in congress realizes the benifit of legalizing marijuania not only for medicinal and tax purposes, it would also open their eyes to a more potential problem of dangerous pain killers on the open market today. People on drugs in our nation today are wasting the potential of our nation and what America stands for. Pills and alcohol are the real problem in our nation today and will be in our future unless we all stop the pain killers (pills) on the open market.
