In order to handle the "Lice Situation" at the school, the principle will only follow what is outlined in the school policy. However, the current school policy does not include any reasonable proactive measures in order to deter further spread of this issue among the students. 

Please sign this petition to request the school to:

1) Commission a professional service (such as Nit Wits) to check the school population. (The cost to parents would be $2 per child per visit)

2) Better educate parents on how to check for lice at home.

Once we have the required amount of signatures, this petition will be presented to the Parent Council in late September in order to make the change.
