Comments: This deal may be a good idea. Who knows, certainly not the voting tax payers. Too much of this deal has been behind the scenes for me to make an intelligent opinion about which way to side. So based on this lack of information, I plead that you forward my opinion, and any others DO NOT SELL NB POWER.

I'm now a long time resident of the lower west side. I oppose the sale of NB Power or any of its assets. I trust that you will represent your constituents with all the honesty and integrity that you are well known and respected for.

Comments: This is not a good deal at all, just listen to the rhetoric. The energy minister was not even in the negotiations and he is telling everyone how great a deal it is.they say Pt Lepreau is worth 1.3 billion when gentilly is worth 10 billion after refurbishment. This is your job to protect the public from such scandal!

Comments: I am vehemently opposed to the sale of any of NB Power's assets. The way Shawn Graham is forcing this sale shows his basic lack of understanding of the ramifications of such a sale. He may believe himself that he is doing the right thing, but anyone of average intelligence can see that this is an extremely short-sighted "solution" to our energy woes. Please, Mr. Premier, get Point Lepreau up and running (and recover our cost overruns) and allow New Brunswickers to be energy self-sufficient. We don't need a potentially separatist province to "save" us from a government-spun energy disaster.

Comments: How can the government give such large tax breaks to big business when there are many people in this province eating out of soup kitchens, have no place to sleep, and others who cannot pay now to stay warm. Not since the great depression have we seen so many in such dire circumstances. This government should be ashamed of itself for ignoring the plight of these people. Selling one of our largest assets will only make us poorer....more of a 'have not' province than ever before. This and previous governments of New Brunswick have ignored the disgraceful state of our broken education system which is the only way peoples lives can be improved in the interests of big business...shame on all of you.
