Name: Eddie West on Mar 1, 2007Comments: As a local business owner, I believe that a Super Wal-Mart will be detrimental to the local business owners. Please support your local businesses, and vote against a Super Wal-Mart. Zionsville had the nerve to stand up to Wal-Mart, and Lebanon can also. Thank YouFlag

Please think of the neighborhood you are wanting to cut through and the houses that will be lost.Flag

Name: Virginia Pomfret on Mar 1, 2007Comments: I have always loved the small town atmosphere of Lebanon. In the last 10 years I've seen it change way too much! Too many homes building right in the city limits. Too much traffic conjestion. We already have a nice store to shop in and 4 grocery stores. Why would we want to run the small stores like IGA out of business I don'tFlag

Name: Anonymous on Mar 2, 2007Comments: The current WalMart in Lebanon is dirty and disgusting, and I certainly do NOT want a bigger version... In fact Boone County, and specifically Lebanon, is crippled by incompetence in solid and attractive economic development. I am embarrased to associate in any way with the city of Lebanon. City and County officials in Boone County are working for special interest groups and are closed-minded. Boone County Commissioners don't have a clue about public interest, and welfare. I could go on and on.Flag

Name: Barbara Slagle on Mar 9, 2007Comments: Lebanon does not need a SuperWalmart. Walmart has suceeded in virtually destroying every small town they've built in. Lebanon needs to court industry and businesses that will actually pay their employees a wage they can live on instead of subsistence wages.Flag
