presadient obama, stated he would leaglize canabis but yet has not done so. there is no know deaths caused by canabis but alcohol kills people every day in mass's. alchol also kills more brain cells then canabis. the crime rate in amsterdam and canada is also lower in country's that have leaglized the recational use of canabis. how ever the law should require the same giude lines as alcohol in all case's since it is a intoxicating agent most people can't pay for the perscription to get there card when medicare and medicade don't pay for the cost in reduction the patiant still has to buy there own medication. in oregon SSI and food stamps it costs 20.00 for the pescription. the 18th and 21st amendment of the use of alcohol and controled substances act should pertain to the leagl use of recrational use of canibis
