We, the members of Leabrooke Homeowner's Association, Inc. (Missouri Charter #N00052255), petition the current President and Officers of Leabrooke Homeowner's Association, Inc. for a new open election of all officers to be carried out no later than September 30th, 2013. The current officers have not been reelected in a timely manner as our bylaws describe.
