   Comments: Schools are so underresourced that they do not have the capability of applying what is known to work for children with disabilities - successful inclusion, which prepares them for the real world. Students with special needs are left without supports and teachers do not have time to make accommodations for them.

    Comments: This is completely ridiculous. Something has to be for LD kids. There is no funding, they get pushed into private schools. The private schools can then take advantage of them, because there is no other choice for them except for homeschooling. How is that inclusive.
