Keep Broadband Customer Service Local!

Knology of Kansas plans to completely dismantle and eliminate all persons that provide local community Broadband Customer Service to its subscribers as part of its Lawrence market acquisition. In petition protest the Lawrence community wishes to express its dismay in these changes and all signed demand Knology recount their actions while keeping Customer Service local. The undersigned are not just subscribers of former-Sunflower service but are also citizens concerned with impacts to the local economy and its workforce. So tell Knology, Stop the Layoffs! Keep Customer Service, Local!

    4 years ago Comments: The local office has such great customer service, it seems a better idea would be to keep this office open and handle customer service calls at the Lawrence location. Just doing that would improve Knology's reputation because SFB's service is awesome. Once I was critical of SFB, but in the last three years or so, they really stepped up and turned customer service around. I'll continue to support SFBroadband as long as they jobs are kept local. But should the call center actually close, I'll switch. That's not an idle threat, just the reality of the situation.
