I would like to make it legal to open medical cannabis banks in Nevada for only those who are medical card holders. If made legal All banks in the State of Nevada would have to donate ten percent of procedes (Five percent of procedes goes towards local narcotics divisions to help combat illegal drug sales , and the other Five percent will go towards helping drug abused teens get of drugs.) If made possible i feel this will help stimulate the economy, buy creating more jobs. Also doing so will force alot of small illegal dealers out of bussiness, making it easier to catch the bigger ones. PLEASE HELP TO MAKE OUR NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITIES SAFER FROM ILLGAL SALES AND VIOLENCE THAT SURROUNDS IT!
