Are you tired of the late payments made by CCAP otherwise known as The Child Care Assistance Program? Providers were promised one year ago this month that they would be paid weekly. It makes since to pay providers once per week considering the recipients are expected to pay on time every week. The CCAP has failed its providers and don't seem to care. They are consistently behind three weeks at all times. This hinders the cash flow for the providers. Such as; payroll, food, utilities, payroll taxes and lease/mortgage payments just to name a few.
