   Comments: As a bilingual citizen I feel privileged to be able to communicate in a different language than my own. As an interpreter, I believe every member of society deserves to be given the opportunity to express their needs, wants and ideas. It is important to speak the language of the country in which one resides, but unfortunately, that is not the case in every situation involving foreigners living in this country. Help should always be provided to those who need it so that the communcation barrier is eliminated.
