The petition

The Bolton Council is proposing for implementation of the Selective Licensing Scheme in Bolton, starting with a selected area. The process involves a consultation phase followed by recommending the case to the elected members of the Selective Licensing Scheme for approval. The Northwest Landlord Association, Bolton, has studied the proposed scheme in detail and concluded that, the Selective Licensing Scheme would penalise responsible Landlords, it would implicate Landlords financially and put their lives at risk. The Northwest Landlord Association would invite all interested parties to voice their opinion by taking part on our on-line petition exercise.

With thanks, NWLA Ltd.
