Do what's right for the working class, not big business, working class are the ones that actually do the REAL work!!!!! Take this concept to government and run with it as they have no idea what REAL hard work is about!!! Get off your pedastal people and have a conscience!!!! THIS IS NOT A GOOD DEAL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Flag

Name: Janet Walker on Dec 16, 2009Comments: Dear Mr. Lamrock, how can you think that selling NB Power and making New Brunswickers reliant in an outside power for something as essential as their electricity is going to help make NB Self-reliant? The only way to do that is keep NB resources as part of NB, and capitolize ourselves on our excellent power grid, and may build another one, that we can lease and control to others to ship their power south.... in that way we are in control of our own destiny, and can make money to fund services for our own citizens . This deal is bad for New Brunswick and CANNOT be allowed.Flag

Name: Brent Smith on Dec 19, 2009Comments: This so called "deal" to sell the assets of our province to another jurisdiction should be a election issue for sure . This was sprung on us at the last minute and is being hurried along without being fully examined, and debated. Can you honestly say that you agree totally with this ?Flag

Name: Kathy Pader on Dec 31, 2009Comments: I am firmly opposed to the sale of NB Power. We have been hearing about NB Power's debt/liabilities. We get absolutely no air time about how NB Power has been paying down its debt nor have we heard a reliable estimate of NB Power's assets. It is also misleading to omit the facts that the provincial government draws funds away from NB Power on the basis that it is supposed to be a non-profit company. Mr. Lamrock, you have not shied away from taking a stand for the right thing when it is the right thing to do. Please do not change that quality of your character now.Flag

Name: Neil Cole on Jan 7, 2010Comments: This government does not understand democracy. Nor does it understand taxpayer priorities. Selling a major public utility requires open public consultation. This isn't something that can be done on a whim. This is something that needs to be in the interests of the majority (i.e. not the rich fat cats) of taxpayers. Stop mucking things up and get your act together!Flag

His narrow minded agenda is sickening, and you certainly don't want his stench on you come september. Please do the right thing for the people and the province.Flag
