Lamin J. muss bleiben!
Mittlerweile hat er eine Einstellungszusage für eine Arbeit in einem Atelierund hat die Deutschprüfung auf A2-Niveau erfolgreich bestanden.Nachdem sein Asylverfahren trotz Beschwerde beim Verwaltungsgerichtshofnegativ endete, reichte er einen Antrag auf Niederlassungsbewilligung ein.
Dieser wurde von der BH Innsbruck Land abgelehnt. Dagegen hat Lamin J.Berufung eingelegt. Sein Fall liegt nun beim Innenministerium. Wenn es nachdem Willen der Behörden geht, soll er noch vor derEntscheidung abgeschoben werden.

The numbers are climbing and honestly it is wild to watch this happen because I never thought we would get this far so quickly. Please just hit that button to send this around again because we absolutely need that next big goal before the ministry makes their final move and ruins everything.

I have been staring at the messages people are leaving here and it is just overwhelming because every single one of them understands why Lamin belongs here in our community. I am spending all my time right now trying to get through to people at the ministry who actually have the power to stop this madness and honestly it is exhausting but the stories you are sharing keep me going even when things feel like they are moving in slow motion.

Warum Leute abschieben die arbeiten wollen und sich integrieren? Macht für mich absolut keinen Sinn.
