This petition was created to put in place parking for lamb street. As known we are left without any parking options & face on street parking charges often due to this. The parking unit of hamilton state that the reason we do not have parking available is because the permit scheme was introduced in november 1998 to protect residents from the on street parking charges. This scheme has not been updated since and this petition aims for the council to recognise that changes for residents of 2011 to have this protection.
