Comments: TRPA must take seriously the protection of the shoreline and waters of Lake Tahoe. We all go onto the Lake for the scenery and natural beauty, and not to see the development which continues to encroach next to the shore. We fear that TRPA will sucumb to the pressure of the very wealthy developers who can afford to buy million dollar homes and replace with billion dollar estates. Please don't let this happen. Selective enforcement should not be an option for this agency.

Comments: TRPA, please, do not listen to well financed special interests whose opposition is base on personal greed and fabricated doomsay... Property values will NOT decline around Tahoe - especially as long as there will be a limit established on future growth! TRPA must protect the long-term interest of our Lake environment. That is your mandate and we support you.

Comments: During this time of changes with the Heavenly Resort project there are restoration opportunities. It sounds as if there are plans to rid Lake Tahoe Blvd of many old small hotels. Rather that merely building new and grander buildings, small patches of restored (as much as could be restored) natural areas will not only enhance the real estate but break up the unending lines of pavement and casino that dominate the stateline end of south shore.
