Due to the increasing acts of vandalism and criminal activity within the Lakeside Community, it is imperative that we re-evaluate our current security posture to ensure we are providing the safest environment for our Lakeside families.  Our HOA has:

1.       -Failed to establish effective security practices for our residents.

2.       -Failed to routinely accomplish viable security assessments with objectives and goals.

3.       -Failed to monitor and establish protocols that evaluates Lakeside Security personnel.

4.       -Failed to evaluate costs versus benefits pertaining to Lakeside Security personnel.

The intent of this petition is to bring attention to the failed security practices that have our Lakeside Community deteriorating.  Your willingness to act reminds our HOA that as a group we are have a strong desire for Home Security and Crime Prevention here within the Community of Lakeside.
